Dr. Syed Afroze Hussain is a distinguished surgical oncologist with approximately 30 years of experience. He earned his MBBS from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in 1995, followed by an MS in General Surgery in 2000, and an MCh in Surgical Oncology in 2011 from the same institution. Dr. Hussain has extensive expertise in performing a wide range of cancer surgeries, including those for head and neck malignancies, breast tumors (both conservative and radical resections), gastrointestinal malignancies (endoscopic evaluation, laparoscopic diagnosis with resection, and open surgical procedures), gynecological malignancies, and musculoskeletal tumors (limb-sparing and amputations). He is also skilled in robotic cancer surgeries. Throughout his career, Dr. Hussain has been actively involved in research, with publications in national and international journals such as the Indian Journal of Surgical Oncology and the Gulf Journal of Oncology.
